Arrival and a half-day tour of Casablanca: the Hassan II Mosque on its Atlantic promontory, the Old Medina, the Hobous (New Medina) district, Casablanca Cathedral, and an evening walk along Boulevard de la Corniche.

Explore Rabat and Chefchaouen
Rabat is about 90km from Casablanca (~1 hour): visit the Chellah Necropolis, the Kasbah des Oudaias, and the Hassan Tower, then continue roughly 235km (~4 hours) north to Chefchaouen, the blue-washed "Blue City" in the Rif Mountains.

A short drive south (around 120km, ~2.5 hours) reaches Volubilis, with its preserved Roman mosaics including the Labors of Hercules, then Meknes's Ville Impériale and the monumental Bab al-Mansour gate, before the final stretch into Fes.

Enter the medina through the tiled Bab Boujeloud gate onto Talâa Kebira, Fes el Bali's main thoroughfare, with stops at the Chouara Tannery's centuries-old dye vats and the Al-Qarawiyyin Library and Mosque, founded in 859 CE.
